A beautiful period detached property built circa 1752, located in the heart of Cobham Village. The property has undergone an extensive refurbishment restoring it back to it’s former glory yet fit for 21st century living.
Claire Totman Designs was responsible for the full design and build as well as project management.

Beautifully done Claire really tasteful and stylish. Where is your stairs carpet from and what shade is it please. We currently are building our home and I have been undecided about the lounge flooring as all the rest of the downstairs is hard flooring, I noticed yours is carpet and I am going to do the same. Thank you and well done.

Thank you, it certainly is our favourite project to date. The carpet throughout the house is Rushmore Naturals, colour Camden. The ground floor is all hardwood except for the formal sitting room. The stairs and upstairs is carpet except for the bathrooms of course.

Gosh, this house is breathtaking…congratulations on such a fantastic job! We are currently doing our home and have just signed up to do our kitchen in a very dark grey, charcoal colour…I’m having second thoughts. What are the unit colours in this kitchen? Thanks so much

Beautiful house, you mix classic and make it look modern – it looks effortless and tasteful. Could you please tell me where your lounge sofa is from and is it easy to keep clean? Thanks, have a good 2019!

Hi, we’re in the process of designing a self build and are considering having a kitchen running front to back with a dining area in the middle and family room at the rear. I like how you have cupboards along one wall with the island, however, I’m not sure whether our kitchen area will be long enough. Can you remember the dimensions of the kitchen in the cottage?
Thank you
