architecture & interior design studio, founded in 2016
Claire Totman Designs offers a range of different services from architectural design and planning permissions to spatial planning and interior-fit out. CTD also offers remote and virtual services to non-local clients, or those on a smaller budget.
“We pride ourselves in only taking on projects which would benefit from our design led expertise and ones we feel passionate about. Our core process is to enhance the home occupiers’ experience of the property we work on, to make the most of light and flow and maximise flexibility in spaces, and take into consideration the experience of the occupiers as they live and travel through the property, and ensure the occupiers feel comfortable within their surroundings and the house feels intuitive. We focus as much on the materiality of the building both externally and internally.”
Founded in 2016, Claire Totman Designs specialises in high-end design for private residential clients and developers ranging from design focussed extensions, major renovations and new build homes.
