At Claire Totman Designs, we offer a range of different services from architectural design and services, spatial planning and interior-fit out to onsite coordination across Surrey and Southwest London. CTD also offers remote and virtual services to non-local clients, or those on a smaller budget.  

Meet our Founder, Claire

Claire Totman is the founder and creative lead behind the studio.

With a background in both architectural design and interiors, Claire combines practical expertise with an intuitive design sense. 


She is passionate about taking clients on the full journey, from concept to completion, ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully considered. With over 16 years experience delivering numerous high-end residential projects, Claire oversees each build with care, creativity, and precision, always striving to create beautifully designed spaces.

Our Studio

Based in a hub of creativity and innovation, Claire Totman Designs is a residential studio specialising in high-end residential properties.

We offer a fully integrated service, from architectural design and planning permissions to interior fit-out and on-site project coordination. 
Claire and her dedicated team bring a shared passion for design and a keen eye for detail to every project, delivering results that are both functional and beautifully crafted.

We breathe new life into properties, transforming them into unique spaces that reflect both beauty and functionality. Our passion lies in guiding our clients through the entire design journey, from the initial spark of an idea to the final finishing touches. Whether it’s securing planning permission, designing the perfect interior layout, or overseeing the construction process, we ensure every project is executed to the highest standards.
